Housekeeper is rude even towards elderly. 1st day booked in, the place was very dusty and both bidets have problems, we also found used baby diapers which made the whole room stink so badly. Room was upgraded somehow and we are grateful for that however, would appreciate it if there is any head’s up from the management before changing our room. Management mentioned that they are not allowed to contact me to make changes therefore had to wait until the day I checked in which is something for the management to improve on.
